A LIVE 6-week somatic exploration of your emotional world, held within a supportive, intimate group coaching container.
Each week we will explore a different emotion through somatic experiencing and meditation, somatic movement and journalling.
You’ll be invited to tune into your body and meet what’s there, with space to share, reflect, and ask questions if you feel called.
The zoom calls will be spacious to allow time for this (75-90 minutes)
You will have access to all session recordings for 12 months, along with guided meditations and journaling prompts to support your integration between sessions.
This is for you if:

✨Build a greater sense of safety with uncomfortable sensations
✨Feel less overwhelm, more clarity and compassion and have clearer boundaries

Yes! Each week's class recording will be sent out to you the next day, as well as added to the course platform for you to watch whenever you like. You can submit any questions or reflections in the comment box underneath the video or you can message me directly. You will have access to all recordings for 12 months.
We will be exploring different somatic movements for emotional release and you are welcome to do as little or as much as you like - all of the movements can be adapted to be done seated or even lying down. This journey is all about listening to your body and honouring the capacity you have right now. You are always welcome to sit out any movement.
Zoom calls will be between 75-90 minutes to allow plenty of spaciousness for integration, reflections and questions.

Mindbody coach, somatic trauma therapist and IFS practitioner
I help people reconnect with their bodies and emotions so that they can step into their true self and live a life of joy, ease and freedom.
I combine the wisdom I embodied through my own recovery journey from 8 years of chronic illness with studies in various mindbody and therapeutic modalities (such as counselling, nutrition, yoga, somatic therapy and IFS), as well as experience guiding nearly 100 others on their own journey.
