Embodied Safety

Embodied safety is a 7-day somatic journey to help you to cultivate feelings of safety in your body. (You have LIFETIME ACCESS to work through the material at your own pace!). 

During this course, you will discover your resources or anchors into safety and you will be guided through 7 somatic embodiment practises to cultivate a felt-sense of safety in your body and nervous system.  

A felt-sense of safety is the foundation for healing as it helps you to regulate your nervous system and process your emotions. This can help you in healing chronic stress, pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression and more.

But beyond this, cultivating safety allows you to become more of your true authentic self, take up space in the world and go after your desires. 

This is for you if:

✨You struggle with chronic symptoms or anxiety

✨You find it hard to rest or relax

✨You find it hard to access and feel your emotions OR you feel overwhelmed by them 

✨You over-think or over-analyse and are always ruminating

✨You find it hard to trust others or yourself

✨You are a people-pleaser or perfectionist

✨You feel disconnected from yourself and your body

✨You struggle to set boundaries with others

✨You want to increase your capacity for more

✨7 somatic embodiment practises to cultivate a felt-sense of safety in your body and nervous system (the practises are between 10-30 minutes long to make them easily-accessible)

✨Support from me inside the chatbox if you have any questions/things come up for you as you move through the course
